Application or method of use

Preparation 1 Dose: Add 1 full measuring cup (12.7g) to 200ml of water or milk and shake well.

For maintenance after weight loss*: Replace one meal a day with one dose of NutriShake.
For weight loss**: Replace up to two meals a day with one dose each.

* Replacing one meal a day on a low-energy diet with a meal replacement contributes to weight maintenance after weight loss.
